Samsung India had launched the Galaxy On Nxt exclusively on Flipkart in India back in October 2016. It came with 32GB of onboard storage. Now, the company has released a 64GB variant of the Galaxy On Nxt exclusively on Flipkart for Rs. 16,900. The phone comes in Gold and Black colors. Go through its features and specifications below.
The Samsung Galaxy On Nxt boasts of a 5.5-inch TFT 2.5D curved glass display, which has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD), pixel density of 401 PPI and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The phone is being powered by an Exynos 7870 octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz along with Mali-T830 GPU. For multitasking and storage, we get 3GB RAM and 64GB internal memory. The user can expand the storage externally up to 256GB by adding a microSD card. The Galaxy On Nxt is a Dual SIM (nano) phone and we get a dedicated microSD card slot as well.
In the camera department, we have a 13 megapixel primary camera with LED flash and f/1.9 aperture at the back. It can shoot Full HD videos. On the front, there is a 8 megapixel selfie shooter with f/1.9 aperture. The On Nxt features a unibody metal design, which is 8mm thick and weighs 167 grams. There is a fingerprint sensor, which is located on the front and can unlock the phone very quickly.
The Galaxy On Nxt rocks all the modern connectivity features such as 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, 3G HSPA+ and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. We also get sensors such as accelerometer, light and proximity. Under the hood of this phone, there is a 3300mAh battery but unfortunately it does not support fast charging.
The Samsung Galaxy On Nxt also integrates innovative features such as S Power Planning and S Secure, Ultra Data Saving (UDS) Mode and S bike mode. These features are part of Samsung’s ‘Make for India’ initiative and have been seen on budget Samsung smartphones for sometime now.
